WELCOME 2009!

2008 has gone,
a new year has come.

what does 2009 behold me?

i want to make a commitment
to dedicate 2009 to the Lord.

i entrust all aspects of my life unto God:
- family
- relationships
- studies
- personal walk with Him

as a close friend mentioned,
2009 is going to be a year of
many new beginnings.

2009 marks the leaving of CCK
-where i bid my farewell
with great assurance from God
that the always-loved TJC & YA
are in His good hands.
it seems a pity that i'm gone
just as the youth are
experiencing rapid growth
(in numbers & spiritual depth),
but God has a plan in store for me! =]

2009 marks the joining of COA
-where new friendships will be made
and possibly where i be challenged in my faith?
i hear that they do Medical Missions
so that's something exciting to look forward to!

2009 marks my confirmplusguaranteechop
superdeeduper determination
toexcel in my studies
-where i will no longer rely on
last minute work and God's grace
but on His strength to begin revision early.
haha, i want to glorify Him in my studies!

2009 marks a choice to
include God in my relationships
with both family and friends
-where i want to make it a point
to see all around me through
His lens, and thus be able
to love others more.
this means no gossiping/using vulgarities/
complaining in speech,
and putting others first in actions.

i pray God's strength and guidance
to help me use my life to bring Him
praise, glory and honour. =]
