i joined the CCK YA Cell today
and i realised how much i miss everyone's company.
we all adjourned to lePastor (aka my PrayerBuddy)'s place
for lunar new year celebrations
(FOOD!! thankyou auntypeggy
for the dee-licious homemade lowhay!)
somewhat on an impulse?
i have yet to complete my 2000word essay
but after the worship meeting at church
i (surprised myself and) decided to join them.
and i do not regret my decision.
i really miss the YA.
i just feel so comfortable,
at ease, myself
when i'm with them.

for cell group we discussed
DISCIPLE MAKING.
[Matthew 28:18-20]
"19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father
and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always,
to the very end of the age."
note to self: ask May for the material's name.
we should all be pregnant! [SPIRITUALLY.]
but individually, are we?
spiritual pregnancy
-goes beyond bringing others to Christ (child-like faith)
-mentoring one into a deeper walk with God (follow up)
reasons for sterility:
1) singlehood
- not yielding closely to God in marriage
(just like the church is the bride
and Jesus is the loving groom)
2) disease
- sin can be likened to a disease
(where it hinders us from fulfilling
what the GREAT COMMISSION says)
3) immaturity
- as a young child cannot be pregnant
(we are not ready or prepared
to carry out disciple-making)
satan's tool to hampering pregnancy
> gossip
> disunity
> busyness
--
after the sharing and discussion
(of which i greatly treasure)
i am inspired, determined
to do what i have been called to do.
i realise my life here on earth
is not without purpose.
and i am going to fulfil it.
